Description
The Rigger and Entertainer of the Wacky Pirates. Parades is a cousin of Mancha who managed to escape the mass murder of their family under T-Mu's orders where he met up with Davila and Onate, forming a close yet unusual trio. Mancha would seek them out and they've been part of the crew ever since.

Between the two, Davilla is the snider, smooth-talking, and sinister while Parades is more gentlemanly, excitable, pleasant, and prone to melodrama while both are still quite mad. Like any of the Will of D, he is prone to random bouts of sleep, eating (or in his case)- drinking a lot), and having a determination in the face of death. Both are obsessed with tea time, insist that there's no room while there's plenty of room, and tend to switch seats at random intervals.

Both have Rulers Observation/Armament/Conquerors/Realm Haki, Divine Haki, Normal Haki, Crazy Haki, Sorcery Haki, Lightning/Earth/Water/Floral/Ocean/Rubber Nature Haki, Tea Justice Haki, Injustice Haki, and Mana Mastery.

Parades ate the Tea-Tea Fruit, which allows him to manipulate tea as a hot liquid to attack his enemies or a pseudo-Logia to avoid conventional attacks with the Awakening enabling him to generate tea from the environment.

Davila ate the Straw-Straw Vegetable which operates slightly differently than the one Hawkins used (due to a different creative mind), he can turn into straw for pseudo-Logia intangibility, generate straw constructs such as houses/golems, and the Awakening allows him to generate straw from the environment.

As Loonies, both can manipulate reality in a gag manner, with Davila being a Mink with Electro/Sulong.
