The Instructor of the Dream Pirates. Taking in a young Robinson and her siblings after the deaths of their parents. He would teach them about Mana, Haki, and Aura, which would benefit Robinson in taking down the W.G. He would then continue to stay on as a mentor for the younger crew members.

He is a helpful, modest, gracious, and even-tempered fellow who tolerates the eccentricities of the Crusoe clan very well. He tends to spend his day daydreaming and smoking his cloud smoke. He took in the young Robinson and her siblings even with the risks of the W.G. hunting him down and wanting them dead, showing he has a righteous heart and a courageous nature. Like all Dragons of the West, he is a tad bit greedy with his obsessions. His unique laugh is Pufufufufufufufufufu.

They can manipulate the connection of what something is associated with, for example, altering the number 13 to make it associated with happiness and luck instead of unluckiness or making the color black associated with pureness and good instead of impurity and evil.
