there's a nine inch nails song that has the same title (or something quite like it, like "the beauty of being numb" as far as i can remember), this image would fit the mood of that song perfectly, and i started humming it as soon as i saw this. this is not to say that it has to be connected with that song, your image is great alone just as well, only my mind made the connection.

uau ! Another original work. I love the "metal" colors and the shape of the "photo". It's good. And comparing with the postacard "dream", this is a tottaly different work. Very good at all!
