Well, the source of the blue smoke is only known by Arceus alone - but who cares! The dress you dedigned for Lisia looks so precious and I like how it fits to her usual stage outfit. The only thing that could be improved is that her right arm looks a bit too thin - but however, it is not so bothering since the overall picture is awesome and it looks like it has been a great practice drawing. Good job!
