It depends... From the original saga it is Han Solo :3 From I to III it is Qui-Gon-Jin.
From all the rest I love Visas Marr from KOTOR II
From Rvan and Exile I prefere Exile ^^ Kyle Ktarn I cool too!
And for sith I like darth Talon from Legacy ^^

Well.....Darth Bane and Zannah are both classics.
From the Original Saga (I-III), um, i like Qui-Gonn, Maul, Obi-Wan, and well can't forget Anni. In Episodes IV-VI Han totally ( HATE LUKE)
In Clone Wars: Cad Bane 
Also, i pretty much like all the old Repubic Sith (Kaan, Talon, Malak, Visas, Nilihus
But mostly Qui-Gonn, Obi-Wan, Cad Bane, Darth Bane and Nilihus.
If i had to say only one Character i would tie between Obi-Wan and Darth Bane!!
