It's the pose from the original Darth Talon spread but you did a great job reproducing it, we loves the Twi'lek ladies, and Talon is an all time favourite.
That metal bustiere doesn't seem very comfortable though. Eh, it's what you get for being evil.

There's a difference, you see - though she is arguably a sadist!
And eh, I don't know about painful anyway, except for maybe chafing or frostbite if she's somewhere cold - but looks very uncomfortable. But I wouldn't know, sadly, I have no breasts to test my theory.
