Description
My character from my fanfic/fancomic-in-progress, "I, Saiya-jin".

Iscer is from the race of reptile shapeshifters, the overlord race of the northern galaxy (Freiza, Cooler, King Cold).
Though their power-hungry hands have yet to reach the Earth, the planet Vejitasei, home of the proud saiya-jin race, is well within the bounds of their control.

In this universe, however, there is no Overlord Freiza. Freiza met his end at the hands of his own older brother, Cooler, who immediately after relinquished the entire sector containing Vejitasei to the nearby governing forces of the darkhearted Iscer. Iscer controls his planetary systems through the use of his own power and connections, using spies and heavy taxes to control the powers that lie under his governing hands, rather than heavy military presence like Freiza.

With a raging power level that rises and falls without warning, his energy is as flashy as it is destructive, and he turns down no oppurtunity to show it off. His enemies have been known to simply disappear.

He recognizes the saiya-jin race as the threat it is almost immediately, but unlike Freiza, who rushed out to make an example of the entire system, he realizes that he can quite possibly weave a web of deception tight enough that the proud saiya-jins tear themselves apart from the inside...
