She is a babe, i always adored her and that movie for 16 years since i was 14 when i obtained a fansub tape of the film and have it on DVD-R, glad it's on youtube.
Does the movie remind you of a fusion of Island of Dr. Moreau and that Batman TAS episode "Tyger Tyger" (Remember that one?)? Bagi even looks like mutated Selina Kyle from that episode and just as hot too, LOL
