Yes, they are living in the open now after humans accepted them and allowed them to be part of their society. (Hahah, you ask so good questions that I can't help but to laugh I think he's on Earth but in another country far away (like another side of the Earth or so. Of course if someone wants to think he's fighting on some another planet, be my quest! I won't limit peoples imagination xD). Mikey and Donny, sadly, are too busy to visit Raph but they call him at least once a week in turns. They haven't abandon Raph completely and they both seriously do wish they would have more time to go to see Raph but because they now are part of society, it demands a lot from them (like working your ass off every day). Casey would take Raph out without a question but because of his promotion he has too much work as well and after long day he's just too tired. But luckily there's still April As a boss of her own company she can take off and come to see Raph at least once a week. Don could do it too since he works for her but... we all know what kind of workaholic Don is / can be.
Tho I hope future pages will make this all up and so on!

They, sadly, don't have time all that much. They do make calls whenever they can but time to visit... They are too busy for that. Raphael is very independent nonetheless. He only would need someone to carry him if he would want to leave the building and he needs April to bring him food. Otherwise he is okay on his own and don't need help.
That must be horrible to keep living on the edge of the blade like that all the time, every second thinking this might be your last breath etc. but I'm super glad you like this even that this is serious / heavy stuff!
