hey how do you upload pictures done on photoshop to deviantart. I can't seem to.

Simple, you save it as a .png or .jpg/jpeg. At least, that's how I always tend to do it.

Yeah but when i saved as a .jog it put something behind it. Which is what isn't allowing me to upload them. Do you use layers on yours cause that might be what is messing me up?

If you have more then one layer, then you need to flatten the image before you save and upload it then.

That one there, in the middle...Carth...All mine!! Gosh, I love that guy to death. Why didn't they add a little shirtless scene in the game? You'd think making a guy look that shmexy would tell the game designers, "Oh, we're gonna have fangirls. Quick, shed the orange jacket!"
