yes its kon i was watching bleach episode 47 and i thought of this sooo... i will be drawing Tōshirō Hitsugaya soon since his voice actor does neji from naruto , eiji from prince of tennis and kadaj from final fantasy advent children...~neji

p.s.s do not ask how i made this its an old avvie that i havent uploaded soo.. anlong with the other motion ones.. i made them all at the same time and i forgot how to make them again ~_~

Funny how you mention Neji and Hitsugaya having the same VA, when Kon's VA is the same guy that does Iruka-sensei.
