Description Yeah this was made on some evening. I felt bored and wanted to try out my new fineliners, which work awesome. I drew the lineart with pencil first, then with fineliner and then made some shadow using the fineliner, and then coloured it with waterpaint. It was meant to be a bit smudgy.

I started colouring her cheek, and it ended up failing, so I didn't care much else for the rest of the drawing really.

She first had blue eyes, but those failed because I didn't have enough clean water and was lazy, so she ends up having red eyes instead.

She actually looks like Fem!Prussia I noticed once I was finished, so should she be labeled as? What do you think?

Seems like a lot of people think she looks a lot like Fem!Prussia, so well... Lets say she is xD I've got no better name for her anyways~

true. i coloured her cheeks at first, but i screwed up, that's why the rest of the drawing is also messy :/ it's the bad thing about traditional art not having a ctrl+z possibility xD

when i draw on paper i usuallly colour the hair and eyes first and for the skin i colour the all of it very lightly then i use a darker colour for shading under/next to his/her mouth, eyes and the shadows from her/his hair

Well done.
Going back to your description, well, in all honesty, it depends. If you were originally intending her to be fem!Prussia (which, judging by the description, you weren't), then I'd keep the title as is. Unless you decide you want to make it fem!Prussia...

pfff actually this was very LITTLE detail xD heh thanks though >.< and i screwed up witht he watercolour on her face, so the rest i just did randomly.... thats why its messy, since i started off witht he cheeks xD lol
hmm im kinda neutral about it xD if i declare it fem!Prussia i'd not have any group to submit it into anyways XD lol /shot

lol i got really cheap ones fomr the local upermarket, but you should be able to buy them about everywhere where they sell proper pens? XD you mostly buy them in a set
and lol yeah i figured i could just pretend it was my intention to have her be fem!prussia? XD lol
