It is absolutely stunning to me. With social media being used as it is today, people of all walks of life have been sharing their thoughts about the election's outcome. We've seen some very happy statements right alongside those downright depressing ones.
Scores of twitter and Facebook statuses had messages like:
“Forgive them Lord, for they know not what they have done!”
“Thanks a lot Christians, for not showing up. You disgust me.”
“The Democrat Party voted God out and replaced Him with Romans 1. In the Good vs. Evil battle...today...Evil won.”
