I'm trying to get into the habit of doing quick 25 minute portraits lately. Nothing serious, just imperfect rough sketches.I've found that cross hatching makes portraits look much more clean (at least for an amateur like me), so I'm trying my best to learn.
You probably can't tell, but this is a young David Bowie.
