Description The original church here was dedicated to St Michael in 1261. It was given an ‘Indulgence’ by Pope Benedict the 12th in 1335 stating that “the observer of various duties outlined should have forty days indulgence from the penances enjoyned upon them.”

The existing church was built in 1862-66 and the pulpit consists of an alabaster basement surmounted with a tracery of Pentewan stone supported on serpentine pillars.

Perhaps the oddest thing I found in the church was a crucifix made from spent shotgun shells. Would that say something about the parishioners?

Hopefully ‘Indulgences’ aren’t retracted and I’m given another ‘get out of Hell free’ card and 40 odd days of Grace.

Model: Kate

Please: be respectful of the model... My own technique is of course open to critique but if you've nothing nice to say about the model say nothing. Thanks guys.
