I really wanted to make a new OC, and I also wanted to practice drawing with my new laptop... it's a little wonky with the colors and shading... im sad about that... egghh
But I did spend a lot of time on this, and even more on his character in general.

So anyway, this is Stephano D'Angelo's bio:

General: He's a heterosexual, 31-year-old, 6'2", 3/4 Italian 1/4 American mobster capo living in Brooklyn in the 1920's. He always has his hat tipped forward over his eyes and NEVER shows them to anyone until maybe a second before he kills them. There's rumors about his eye color, and most say it's blue. A capo is short for caporegime, which is described on Wikipedia as: "in charge of a crew, a group of soldiers who report directly to him. Each crew usually contains 10–20 soldiers and many more associates. A capo is appointed by the boss and reports to him or the underboss. A captain gives a percentage of his (and his underlings') earnings to the boss and is also responsible for any tasks assigned, including murder." (I didn't want to type out en explanation...) here's the Mob hierarchy: s.hswstatic.com/gif/mafia-fami… He has favorite jobs, which nobody knows. Those include extortion and bootlegging.

Story: His father is the Underboss, and they don't talk much unless it's strictly business. He was initiated into the mob as young as was possible; the mob life is all he knows. He accidentally killed a member of another mob family once, and they tried to get even by killing him, too. But they didn't know that after they shot him twice in the shoulder and he passed out, someone from his own mob family found him and he recovered. He hated that they had put him out of commission and hurt his reputation, so he wanted revenge back. After he killed the one who tried to kill him, he realized he loved the feeling of getting vengeance and decided he would kill the rest that were there at the time, and eventually their boss. (He has a hot head...) Nobody knows about his being bent on maximum revenge; he keeps it a good secret. He has two bullet scars on his shoulder that he HATES because it reminds him of how easily taken down he was.

Personality: He's really up-beat and excitable, amiable on the surface, and manipulative underneath. You might think you know him as a friendly capo with no complaints in life, but no one really knows him. Deep down, he's a high-temper, brisk, gritty mafioso who enjoys bossing people around and seeing others afraid and intimidated by him. He dresses a little flamboyantly, with a blue tuxedo vest under his trench coat and a purple-and-pink striped bowtie. Mobsters sometimes carried violin cases to conceal their guns inconspicuously--he carries one around too, but instead of a gun inside, he literally has a violin. He can play it, too. That being said, he does have a couple of guns in a holster under his trench coat. He also carries a pack of Cuban cigars all the time. He's not a chain smoker, but he really likes his specific kind and won't smoke anything else. He's usually seemingly happy, but he has the potential to get reALLY mad. He has a family like most mobsters do, but he's good at keeping them out of the picture and never talks about them. He enjoys speakeasies and probably is there too often. If he's not working, chances are he's there, getting mildly drunk since he has a high tolerance to alcohol. Kinda like if I'm not working, chances are I'm drawing

I don't have any other characters made for him to interact with... But they exist. He has a couple of good friendships in his mob family, and the rest are obviously like brothers to him anyway. He's less well-liked than anyone in his family amongst everyone else, though, because he's obnoxious and violent.

Woohoo anyway, I really like him, and I want to know what you think!!
