Another pokemon cosplay set! This one was quite tricky to figure out how to make because of Victini's strangely-shaped ears, but I think I got it. The ears have no wire in them holding them up, only fiberfill. And I DID have to hand-sew here and there while assembling the ears.
The wing-like tails were much less complicated, though. The tails are stuffed and they have thick wire in them that you stick into the back of your pants to wear. The whole thing measures about 20" across.

Materials used: Fleece (hat and tail), felt (inner ears), fiberfill (to stuff the ears and tail), thick wire (in tail), hot glue (to attach inner ears)
Time spent: A few hours. I made the hat last night and threw the tails together today, so pretty fast.
