ben ten of this universe has a special omnitrix called the biotrix. the biotrix was made when asmith tried giving ben the new omnitrix but because ben had fused both the classic series omnitrix and ultimatrix(called megatrix in this universe) asmith had decided to fuse the new omnitrix that we see in omniverse with bens fused one and when he had fused it it became the biotrix which gives been the ability to use voice commands to change he can also go ultimate(mega) and fuse aliens but going ultimate and fusing takes a lot of energy and causes him to time out faster
