What is this? Elfen Lied fan art? Oh my! I've been working on this one for some time now. Hmm... Yeah, it's been forever since I've been working on this one. Grr, I finally got it off of my chest. Sure thing! Though it would mostly be based off of how I typically draw and color myself. I hope you don't mind. I also learned myself by experimenting and looking at a few tutorials.
I do like the composition. I noticed how some parts of the body are unproportionate .(I think that's a word. Sorry if I'm confusing you .) Anatomy is tough but observing it and understanding the proportions and musculature do help a lot. But you do seem to be heading down the right path. That's good. (Anatomy is hands down tricky. To me, I admit.)Β With more practice and patience you can get it down in no time. I also like to draw the hair "flowy" if that makes sense. I tend to draw the hair by drawing slightly wavy strands going down the head.( I hope I'm making sense here.OTL)
But, overall I think you did a pretty good job. Keep practicing on body proportions and try challenging yourself with different types of hairstyles and lengths. It may not turn out perfect at once. But the more you experiment and play around with it you can achieve some great results.
Also I sincerely apologize for the wall o' text. I was trying to explain things in a manner where I can be understood since I'm bad at explaining thigs.|'D I also hope that my tips could be found useful.
