Awww how sad! The poor little guy. If he were real I would adopt him in an instant. (even if it was pouring rain outside lol) I like how you captured his expression, and the water falling from his ear.

no faving and running? ...alright. wow, this piece is really emotional and srtong. I've always loved sad themed things, and this done really well. one little thing I would add is a sort of "halo" on the dog where the rain is beating down on it, that light white glow that gives the appearance of rain bouncing off a surface, ya know?
