First, I'd like to point out the coloring. I really admire the coloring technique. The colors are really bright and appealing. The shading is quite beautiful. The coloring and shading is actually what brought my attention to this deviation, so good job! However upon closer inspection, they were too much of a distraction.
The bright wings, eyes, and hair brought my attention first because of the dark background. But since those features were so bright I had a hard time looking at the face or heart. Maybe you should add darker shadows around the face. The contrast could bring the attention back to the face, I would think.
Also I feel that the background needs some sort of detail added to it. Maybe something like white stars should be put on it. Something like that would get rid of the attention on the wings and bring more attention to Miku. The attention is lacking on Miku This also could make the audience look at the picture as a whole not just Miku.
As for the atmosphere I'd say it's innocent and cute. If that's what you were aiming for then you nailed it pretty good. However I find the expression a tad bit plain. Not to say it isn't beautiful, but maybe add a wink to make it a little bit interesting.
When it comes to originality though, I can't say that it has that much. But to be honest, I don't think it really matters in fanart. I think it's more of the technique and effort. Which I think you did an awesome job on. I believe you have enormous potential based on your coloring alone. I think it's just how you view the image. If you can master that skill, you can do immensely well.

The biggest fact about this picture... Is that I did it only to try to scape from the artist block. I suppose that's the reason of the lack of skill on the various things you mentioned.
That was the problem with the background (and the whole originality) too -v- Since I was blocked, I couldn't think of anything. I thought that I would make it worse.
However, I keep in mind what you have said me! I might change it later, but if I don't, I'll apply it in next drawings!

I was a bit worried that I offended you a bit too much because the critique sounded like a huge rant. But based on your answer, I'm gonna think that you didn't take it too personally.
