I don't get it. Why were you mad at Tina? I didn't get that feeling at all; instead, I empathized with her b/c I've fallen for a guy where the possibility of a relationship was impossible. I knew that we couldn't be together but my heart didn't listen to my head at all and I fell for him anyway.
Man oh man, even I want Sam. The thing there is that sometimes friendship develops into a crush. Often it's b/c the person crushing confuses the affection you feel in friendship for love.
I still don't like Rachel's new relationship...but then I'll probably be a Finchel forever fan. I think that Kurt's new relationship is going to end in pain (something doesn't quite seem right to me).

I was able to see some "sneak peeks"/previews and I'm excited to see Ali from the Glee Project's 2nd season there: she's pretty amazing. I wonder if Aylin was also there (I personally think adding a Muslim to the mix would have made an interesting twist to Glee...but I guess the execs didn't want to deal with that hot issue just yet).

That was a lovely episode...I prefer Sam (Chord Overstreet) and Ryder (Blake Jenner), but Blaine (Darren Criss) was definitely nice to look at. Joe Hart (Samuel Larsen) gave me the willies as usual; I don't like his character or him, I'm always amazed that he won the Glee Project. He's a one-trick pony who can only express one squinty look that doesn't even make him look that cool.

Well, Ryder has been talking to this supposedly hot blonde online for a while. She's helped him through a few tough times and he feels like they should get to know each other better. He asked to meet her. Right away she exited out of the chat they were using and that's the last we saw of this girl.

Just watched the episode (now that finals are over I'm playing catch up. I can see why you were worried for Ryder: he's been sharing personal stuff with this "Katie", and pictures of himself that are personal and intimate (and where he's half-nude). In addition, "Katie" talks with the wisdom of a 30-year-old, NOT a teen. I should know since I am a 38-year-old (which, while I don't announce it, I don't hide it either). You learn a lot from life that helps you to be more accepting of others.
I hope she's just a really wise teen b/c right now, I'm thinking "Katie" isn't who she claims to be. If she's a pedo pretending to be a teen girl, I'm really frightened for him. According to the cop shows and investigative reports I've watched, a pedo will wait until he's primed and really wants to meet so that when they finally do meet, Ryder will be so emotionally invested, he may not be able to choose the right choice and will be convinced he's in love with "Katie" and willing to do whatever. O_O

The last episode aired made it sound like "Katie" is another student. She was going to meet up with Ryder in front of the practice room... but then there was the whole school shooting incident.
I really wish they hadn't made an episode about that topic. I understand it's something we should all be aware of, but I didn't like the way the characters were portrayed etc. I suppose it's because I have seen a lot of movies/shows with teen shootings in them recently, but I felt like Glee crossed a line they didn't need to go over. It's a really touchy subject for some people and it directly affects them. Plus there was that recent college campus stabbing spree...

Well now we know that Katie is a Glee member...but they discounted it being Unique b/c of the unique ring tone. I wonder who it is?
I didn't mind them covering the gun issue, but I agree, the way they had some of them act just didn't seem natural and a bit OOC

HOLY CRAP. The new episode. It was so crazy. Everything happened at once. I thought the Who's Your Daddies should have won.
Only 3 weeks of school left for me! I'm so done with classes... English is a joke right now. We've been reading books non-stop and they aren't even good. I just read Night by Elie Wiesel and I honestly wasn't thrilled. I suppose I've read too many Holocaust books in the past for it to have a strong affect on me, but it wasn't very powerful. A lot of my friends got emotional over it and I just kind of sat there like "why is this school wasting my time?"

Yay! School almost done! I personally preferred _Man's Search for Meaning_ by Viktor E. Frankl. I think I learned more from that one book than many of the other Holocaust books I've read.
