wow, that's a really good shot, the overall composition, the path in the field that guides the eye, thingy which blows in the wind, the colour tone...all those are really contributing to that stormy feel the title describes 
anyway, well done!

it's significant you were able to freeze this moment in time before the storm started. time waits for no man; it goes on no matter what. that's the beauty of photographs such as this. they're timeless in a way.

Your exposure is gorgeous, and your composition is gorgous, although you did have some helpful shadow areas from those nice clouds.
I'd personally want to move closer for the shot but I think that would ruin the feeling.
