I like the depth as it fads off into a really blue haze in the background, and the shape of the canyon is nice, I knew it was too good to be a real in-Vue made canyon

Thanks! And yes, making a terrain like that in Vue would be a real hassle
I did add a little bit of fractals using functions in the terrain editor to give it a different "feel".

I'm with priteeboy here... I love the same factors, it reminds me of some of the levels from MotorStorm (the first one)... can I suggest working on the skylight colour and the material of the canyon? they're the two weakest links here, but

I wasn't too satisfied with the sky and materials as well... had to sacrifice the Vue clouds for photoshop ones to reduce the render time and the material came out too "noisy". I'll be working on those!
