I am currently a member of Glam , which is still pretty active. There was a steampunk themed forum called Belle Aerie, but I'm not sure that it's around anymore; the link that I had is dead. The Gathering (no link, sorry) is still around as far as I know... guess I'm a bad person to ask. I pretty much pick a forum and park it if I'm happy there.
