I thought it would be both funny and adorable if Bob had something like a butterfly or hummingbird stuck in his hair. Apparently Cecil thought so too. In fact, he put those flowers in Bob's hair deliberately to attract hummingbirds.

It's about a ballet-musical in Lisa's class. She is the goose-princess (NOT the swan-princess xD) and Ralph is her prince. Sideshow Bob is leading this show because he is the only man in Springfield, who ever saw a ballet. ^^ However, when Lisa finds out who her ballet-teacher is, she's screaming "Aaaaaah, Sideshow Bob!!" Ralph also screams: "Aaaaaah, screaming is fun!" Short moments later Bob sais: "...and please, stop eating my hair." and then Ralph: "Looks like cotton candy, but tastes like hairdresser's floor."
