I use a coloring program called VCW VicMan's Photo Editor (free version). It has a feature called "cloud" that makes Bob's hair look the way it does.

Several suggestions as far as titles go: At Your Service, Willing To Please, Happiness in Slavery, Masochistic Bob, or something as blunt as Sex Slave xD Or if you want to go sophisticated Γ la Terwilliger, go with something French, like "Aimez-moi" (if you want to be all "Fifty Shades of Gray" about it) or "Malmenez-moi" (if you want to be actually brutal xP )

I looked up both French terms, but the second one doesn't translate at all. It just suggests another French term, "emmenez moi," which means "take me."
