Well, here it is. My first attempt at Fraggle Rock fan art in at least a decade. Just Uncle Matt, the Storyteller and a very young Gobo spending the day together. The Storyteller has always been one of my favorite characters on Fraggle Rock, and I've always liked to think of these three as a close-knit little family. I bet Gobo even calls her Auntie Emma! (I named her Emma because I think she looks like an Emma. Doesn't she look like an Emma?) XDThanks to for the new title!

That's so cute. Storyteller(Emma) and Uncle Matt look cute together. Especially with a really young Gobo.

Never expected to stumble onto Matt/Storyteller fanart! That's just great to see these characters represented. Thank you for drawing and sharing this. Little Gobo is cute too. The Matt/Storyteller backstory was always funny and interesting, and it would've been great to see more of it. Perhaps something to explore in the new comic book series next year.

[link] Yep! Scheduled for release Spring 2010. There is also going to be a Doozers animated series for preschoolers next year. I assume this is all part of bringing Fraggles back into the public conscience to promote the new movie. Did you know about the movie? 'Cause that is the most exciting news of all!

Yeah, I heard about the Doozer show and the movie. I can't freaking wait for the movie!!! XD I just wish my mom could have lived long enough to see it. She passed away in June.

I totally want me as a fraggle.
I'm thinking for the "skin" a paler shade of green (kindof zombie-ish but keep it cute) and dark mean fur for the bottoms.
As for hair I want a "pomp" style and then the back shorter and the front longer. If you need an example let me know, make the hair dark brown.
Don't forget my glasses. Then a black and white shirt like Gobo, and a jean-like vest. Don't forget the tail.

Yep. Just as Gobo (Jr.) would respect his Uncle Matt, Red would have her love/hate relationship with Gobo, Lou would have affections for Wembley, and Boober would have fasinations for Tosh, the Storyteller would have a crush on Uncle Matt.
