Description
This isn't exactly a "redraw" but it is part of the project.....Anyways, this is a kid I made for Ho-oh and Lugia. She can swim, but not very well, so she spends most of her time on the beach or in the sky. She's pretty friendly too. One of her best friends is Emxfry.
