holes in the tube? I'm not quite sure what you mean. In (the viewer's) left fallopian tube we have a distressed little egg falling into the uterus. And inside the uterus I just drew a lot of little random squiggles and that kind of thing to illustrate the pain and chaos. I hope that answered your question!
