Those who know a little about ancient chinese history might know who i'm trying to depict.Guan Yu was a great warrior, blood brother to Lui Bei and Zhang Fei.
all the Chinese people out there with parents that have the three statues of the guys with beards, one has a head dress, on is bald with a grey beard, and the other with a bandanna.. well, this is the guy with the bandanna
oh and it's most likely not accurate to whatever the history books says is accurate in terms of clothing and what not, it was a 30 minute draw off, so i didnt have time to do the proper research

you should check out the game but the history of guan yu is differnet then most because he was killed at what was called fan castle but he was known as the god of war i think. anyway such a great drawing! weldone!

you should play dynasty warriors if you enjoy chinese history. that game has Lui bei and Zhang Fei and the whole gang. you basically re-enact every battle ever and its so much fun. by the way, this is an accurate depiction of him, in comparison to how the game depicted him and his overall description from history texts.

OMG! That is the most amazing interpretation of him. i remember the three of them in Chinese history, i use to love reading about them. I really admire the detail you put into the clothes.
