Description Something different! (well...stylistically anyways) A cover done for one of the Maleficent books- we didn't wind up using this (they decided on the photo-poster cover instead) but at least it can still live here on the internet for you lovely people

Oh, wow!  Amazing!  More so that it's you who drew those wonderful illustrations in Elizabeth Rudnick's Maleficent book?   I loved the way you drew her, she looks more menacing but still beautiful.   When I get more time I certainly would like to look over your work in more detail as I like this style.

A friend of mind here on DA was the one that recommended me the book mainly because she loved the illustrations so much.  I have to tell her that you are here on DA, she's going to freak!

Anyway, great work on this piece as well as your work on the book.  I will check out some of your other work later on.

Maleficent is many things wrapped up into one and yet is also beautiful.  She was one of the first villains I came across that I actually had 'the hots' for.  And this was with the original.  Jolie's Maleficent just took things to the next level.  Ok, so now Maleficent is not only elegant, poised and beautiful, but she's also sexy.   Your drawing brings that across very well too.   Even though her lines are even harder than Jolie's, she still can turn heads.  But those that are not careful might lose theirs.

Nice poster for the origin of the 3rd scariest disney villain.

Actually now that I think about she is the 4th scariest. The three who prove more frightening (in my opinion):
3: Chernabog- A Night on Bald Mountain- Fantasia
2: The Horned King- The Black Cauldron
And 1: The Headless Horseman -Legend of Sleepy Hollow

Ahhhh- solid! I think that's a fair assessment. I met someone recently who was scared stuff of Chernabog

Totally sweet. Love the similarities to the film design but that very clear stylistic choice.

While I ultimately prefer the one you went with  as a book cover, I love the contrast in this one as an illustration.
