His highness, The Emperor. It's always fun using him in Dissidia.I added my own style into drawing him in this work. Got inspired after looking at Yoshitaka Amano's works. They're really different.
Done using poster colors.

Lovely picture, don't recall him ever using lightning quite like that but it looks really good with him. You got the slouch down too. He's looks like the kind of guy who might not even bother leaving his seat to take you out.
I can't help but notice that you referred to His Imperial Majesty as "Highness"... That style of reference is is for mere princes... Kings and Emperors are referred to as "Majesty". optionally, you should also refer to him as "His Imperial Majesty" to denote his Superior sovereign status. (Emperors, throughout history have been considered more authoritative than kings)

he's my second fave character, next to ultimecia
whats great about his character is that looks and personalilty equally match his power and I like the way he can easily beat opponents with a several flares and a starfall or 2

I would write a correct critique, but you need to pay for that, so here it is.
Colors, forms, and shading are all just...perfect. And the mix of the magic in his palm with his hand as well as his body pose blends nicely. The only obscure thing that seems strange to me is his lack of nose, but that's a style issue, so that's not a real fault.
