Description
The borough of Railroad in Pennsylvania seems generally pleasant and well-tended, so I'm not sure why the part that is probably most visited, the parking area for the York County Heritage Trail, has so much crap around it. There's the house with the rat skin nailed to it, a giant stacked stone wall that serves seemingly no purpose (and there's nothing interesting in the cornfield through the tree line above it; trust me, I learned that the hard way), and this small shack that by all rights should have been torn down or properly landscaped years ago.

I guess the fact that people's lawns are in good shape while stuff like this sits adjacent to the trail is just the tragedy of the commons in action.
