And here we have the Phoenix tattoo design inked. It's a bit more on the graphic side as the lineweights don't vary so much. I tried not to as this will eventually become a tattoo and didn't want to get too crazy with the linework or erronous details.Here's the pencils : [link]

That is infinitely better than the pencil work. There was me thinking your friend was gonna ruin himself by getting that slapped onto him lol, but you really surprised me with this. You rock, man, that would make a sweet tatoo.

Thanks. But to be fair to the pencil work, that was still in a roughing out process when I scanned that Monday. Had it not gotten inked I would have really cleaned it up and rendered it and all that jazz. But yes, the inking here really strengthens what I had. Hell I was even surprised that the inks came out that well considering I had a bazillion lines to "pick" from.
And I like surprising people. Especially when the results are like this
