What can I say? The last few days have left me pretty nostalgic.

Years ago, I made a pretty long Metroid fancomic, "Metroid Revival." The setup was pretty simple. With all of Samus' enemies gone (except the Federation, I suppose), where does Samus go from here? To the edge of the galaxy and beyond to find the last living Chozo, of course. And it only gets crazier from there. Here's the whole thing if you wanna read it. www.deviantart.com/nickonplane…

At the time, there was no Metroid Dread in sight. There was NOTHING after Fusion, seemingly nowhere left for Samus to go in the games. So with the rotten aftertaste of Other M still in my brain, I filled my own void with this. This WAS my Metroid Dread for a time.

That was almost a decade ago. Yeesh. Things have changed so much since then.
