the girl has an amazing immune system and never ever gets sick, but she's prone o being a carrier. The guy, well, he has a terrible immune system but he's perfectly fine with water and rain and stuff. The problems happen when the girl ends up catching something, never shows signs of it, and then passes it on to the guy unknowingly
