he is blind, mute, and can think of nothing to write. oh, and he is trapped inside a box. :}i used another texture from Enchantedgal-Stock [link] she has a great selection of impressive textures. check it out.

i love the texture on the walls of the box, reminds me of the fleshy surfaces from DooM. i dig the black halo, nice work on the details of anatomy, i really like how the ink looks too, great job!

the wall texture is rice paper with a floral design i think. it has fibres that look a lot like veins.
i've gotten a few comments on the anatomy. for freehand i guess i did pretty good. glad you pointed out the ink too. thanks a lot dude! :]

thats awesome. i actually did write a poem about such a thing as being trapped in a box way back in 1993 i think. as soon as i seen this i thought of that.

it is a pretty common feeling of being trapped in a void/box whatever keeps you from moving forward. its tough not to feel like that.

Seriously, excellent deviation. The way you've drawn the ink and the paper makes the whole thing look like it's moving, like it's an action shot, you know?
