Little is known by the general populace about the mysterious wandering figure they call ''The Topaz Demon''. All that people know is that this man carries around a dark sword and that he can be recognized by his glowing golden eyes. They also know that this swordsman has quite a high price on his head, being hunted down by authorities and bounty hunters wherever he goes.

Though things weren't always this way, this demonic traveler barely pays mind to his previous life. Perhaps most of his memories from before his rebirth have become burrowed deep within his heart? All that matters is that he made a contract with the Demon Dragon King Garv and that he now wields the Planet Buster, a sword of pure chaos.

The Topaz Demon wanders from town to town, hunting down every last member of ''The Church of Hellmaster'', a cult who worship mazoku. If a mazoku stands in his way or tries to sway him back to Ruby Eye's side, they will also taste his chaotic blade...
