I love baking, and I always wanted to try to 'paint' a picture on a cake (or similar confectionary piece). Creating a picture with whipped cream and icing was actually a lot easier than I thought it would be. (I had to set my skill mind mode on 'watercolor'- since the icing can only get darker, not lighter- without going through more cream than one really wants to.) So start out lighter and work into the dark... and try not to lick your fingers between dabs and swirls....
