¿Entiendes español? Lamento la pérdida de tu amiga. No diré que sé lo que sientes, porque a todos nos afecta de una manera particular la pérdida de un ser querido. Yo perdí a mi abuela (casi mi segunda madre) por culpa del cáncer hace exactamente un año.
Lo que te puedo decir es que sé que es duro, sobre todo al principio. Aún después de tanto tiempo, sigue lastimándome su ausencia. Pero si eres fuerte, podrás seguir y avanzar, aunque duela. No hay que dejarse llevar por la pena ni "echarse a morir", porque el mundo sigue girando, no esperará por ti.
En fin, fuerza y ánimo, tira para arriba.

I'm still sad, shocked, and just plain sad that Emmy passed. I knew she beat the cancer several times. Didn't think it came back. Very sad.

As much as I hate to see those who have lost a loved one. I am very sorry to hear that, truly I am. I've never experienced it, and I'm sure it's hell. But I just wanna say that sometimes, you just gotta keep going forward. I'm not saying to completely forget about Emily, but still, she'll be there with you and everyone else that she loved. Keeping an eye out. Of course, this is dark times, but I know she's happily watching over you, Niels. Don't forget that. I don't really have much too say, but I'm sure she was the greatest kid.
