There are definately a lot of lights. Freemont street is the older part of town, and a big section is now a walking street. The party goes on daily into the wee hours of the morning.ย

I have heard LA has many lights, but I had never the opportunity to actually look at a photograph like this took in situ. I didnยดt imagined there are really so many lights. Too many, Iยดd say. If people party so much there, more than sure it is not a city to live in, only to visit and to fall into dissolute ways. ^^ Thank you very much for your kind explanations.ย

There are actually some very nice areas to live, In Las Vegas, when you get away from the downtown and "the strip" and all the "glitz" ... You are right it is a place lots of people only visit. A lot of the tourist are like "dazed zombies" as they walk around.

All you say reminds me of our Barcelona, except our city does not have so many lights, but tourists come and go daily and the parties are also many. The city it is quiet only in its peripheries, where also the most beautiful houses are built.
