I love the fan fiction so much and I now love this sketch. That was a tense scene in the story and seeing it drawn makes it look amazing!

This is really incredable - serious. The way you were able to catch the very essence of the characters themselves within their eyes and expressions and truly breath-taking... breath-taking? How about takes my breath away?
Seriously, it brings the pokemon to life in this image, and the only thing I can honestly say of any negative impact is that it's a pity the world did not have pokemon for real, the way you illustrated here.
Didn't you say you wanted to become a graphic novelist somewhere along the lines? Well keep this up, and you're already there!!

I think everyone's jealous of somebody's abilities. Heck knows I'm jealous of our buddy Silverbirch, and she's jealous of somebody who's jealous of somebody else.

But then again... what she can do in her artistic ways, I might be better at creative writing.. so, really speaking, it all balances out in a way.
I think it's because we yearn to be the best we can be, and we see peoples with talents in a particular field that we wish we could match, or even surpass.
And if you think about it, it can even come full-circle. Honestly, I've met some artists that are "not as good" as me, some "far worse" than me at art... but that's only the face-value of it all. With some "lesser" art, you can see a talent there that you can't help but love.
And I can't be entirely jealous, since I actually am aware of a few art fans around here.. some even draw gift art for me as well!
So really speaking, it's also to do with the individual tastes of the public.
Speaking... I still have to give you your birthday present... your REAL one..

Incredible depiction! I loved how when I first saw this, I was like "Hey, wait, this looks familiar..." And then my stomach dropped and it dawned on me.
Beautiful. This is very much how I imagined the scene. And I do see all of the characters' souls in their depictions here. I love all the children, but Leo is easily my favorite in this one. Growling like a cornered puppy is just so him.
And Scythe is... oh, man. Such a presence he is. The close-up on his face sends chills down my spine. The wide shot also instills me with the tension of this scene, showing Scythe's resolve... and the distance between him and Adiel not only shows Adiel's ominous presence, but a little bit of Scythe's on fear.
Thank you so much for drawing this. Not only is it flattering, it's powerfully inspiring. It makes the story and all the characters within it all that more real in my head to see them before my eyes.

It means so much to me that I could inspire you the way your writing has inspired me. Whenever I read Silver Resistance I get completely sucked into that world, and my fingers itch to draw or write. I look up to you as a writer, and now I'm grinning a mile wide. XD
