I think what really makes this picture is the negative space. A nice little 'y' shape. Too bad it really isn't too well defined since the building isn't that sparse. There's definitely a very interesting focal point where the negative space changes direction and the bottom left half of the space is reflected in the building at frame left. Very good choice of framing the shot.
