Description
Based on Bruce Timm's designs for Batman: The Animated Series (finaly got the second volume). I like how his style is simple yet effective. My only complaint though is that the character models are essentialy the same, (almost zero difference between Batman's, Superman's, Martian Manhunter's, ect, body build). But I digress, I do love his style and Batman: TAS ranks as my absolute favourite comic cartoon, and the new "The Batman" cartoon is a shameful entry into DC comic's animated shows (though some designs do look cool, the rest is just crap).-Shawn Ullom

Sweet! Awesome work! Great emphasis on contrast. Yep, this Batman animated series was the best even with the noticable character design changes, especially for the villians, later on.

I agree, Batman:TAS is without a doubt the best cartoon I think to ever come from DC (with Superman in close second). Come on, Mask of The Phantasm, nuff said.

Urg... "The Batman" does stink. And Batman looks so... weird. And Alfred is far too buff.

When you say new cartoon, are you talking about "Batman of the Future", the one where Nightwing appears, or one I haven't seen yet?

I suddenly haer ominous organ music. Nice, very very intimidating. I agree with you about the "The Batman" cartoon, I mean, look at what they did to the Joker! Half of who the Joker was was in the purple suit and slicked hair, but instead they stick him in an unfastened straightjacket and give him freaking dreadlocks! Not cool.

Very nice, I like it alot, the Ink was a good choice for this particular piece of work. And like you said it is simple, but effective
