Heeey long time no art :'D This is an experimental portrait commission for ! Thank you for commissioning me! I love this character's design; it's a mix of a tabby cat and noodle dragon ;v;

I'm not open for commissions right now, but hopefully I will be soon. I've been trying to experiment more and develop my style into something I'm more satisfied with.

The title is a pun/reference to KIC 8462852 (or Tabby's Star). It's a star that has unusual light fluctuations. There's not really any connection of this star to the character, other than the name, but it was one of the first things that came to mind when finishing this. I'm so bad a naming things lmao
