Acrylic on paper. Full page interior illustration for an H.P. Lovecraft role playing game. This creature (the Great Race of Yith) is communing with the agave-like cactus which evidently acts as a sort of hard drive for the race's memories and thoughts. Trippy!!Related content

Thank you! I've always had a soft spot for them, in part because they have a sort of a classic "pulp" feel to them but also because they seem a bit more sophisticated than the other E-vil mythos entities. I've done another Yith painting, in case you haven't seen it:
