This other one i designed months ago may end up being either a pet or a sibling: Fake Eeveelution Ghost2 If it's a sibling, it will be mobian of course |'D

also...i have no idea why the pixels are all wierd where the 'smoke' is >.> it was fine before e.e

I like the design, is very cool an' he looks gorgeous ouo only thing is, the eye shapes are both different in size/proportion an' i'm aware that he could be semi-closing his right eye but even then the outlines are different an' hence the shapes will be too. So even if he were semi-closing his right eye an' he fully opened it, there would be two different eye shapes x'D It just looks an’ appears asymmetrical like that o3o//sorry couldn’t help pointing it out 
That's cool ya got yer own Pokemobian universe too xD interestin' characters i'll say an' use o'them o3o I particularly like this one's role an' how he will be scarin' others
