new P2U (pay to use) base

Rules:
*Link back to either this page or to my account to credit the base
*Don't turn the base into your own species please, it can be changed into normal types of canines though (wolf, chiwawa, pomeranian...ect.)...you may however use it to reference size/structure comparisons between a species of yours and a normal canine.
*Make adopts with it, make it part of an icon, use it for references to your characters, so long as the rest of the rules are followed are fine.
*You can sell adopts from it at whatever prices you want, be they pts/cash or anything else really ^^'
*Don't copy/steal/trace (It will be considered as theft and I will want your account to be banned immediately....sorry, just tired of art thieves)
