Namine is such a fragile, demure character, and yet for some reason, I can damn well picture her wielding around a chainsaw.

Absolutely love this. So much. It's such a change to see sweet little Namine wielding a chainsaw, but I think it works perfectly. And the way you executed the shading and blood looks amazing and well done. The pose itself is lovely and fitting for the image and her character, and I like how the blood splatters aren't so much that they over power the rest of the artwork.

I can picture her easily like this too. Guess that just makes us odd, huh. I really love when you do pieces like this. The addition of just a single color to a black and white work really makes a great statement. It's very suiting to the concept of the piece as well. You do have to give her more credit. She's not completely innocent, seeing a she can mess with people's minds quite a bit. But you're right, it usually is the quiet ones. Fantastic piece.
